How to write standing Up inconsistently funny solo

How to write standing Up is a solo show where Phoenix Atala explains the rules of comedy while storytelling his private life. He describes the step by step method of how to make a show: the best way to find an idea, meet with curators and master writing techniques.
Sometimes the rules of comedy are applied, sometimes they’re broken.
Sometimes the jokes are funny, sometimes they fail.

« Tonight you are going to attend a different kind of stand up comedy routine, the kind where laughing is not the main goal, Tonight I would like to lead a reflection on comedy, the research of ideas, and effectiveness.”

The resurfacing problem
If you can’t hear anything, it means it works !!!!

Problems to fix every solution.
Three demonstrators present a performance which is constantly being interupted by the acoustic effects from a series of devices.
Watch the trailer !
Despite my repeated efforts, I rarely manage to be understood with the required accuracy. Even with clear ideas, precise communication tools, and a willing audience, understanding is still far from certain. I also have to contend with outside circumstances, which ceaselessly thwart my initial intentions.
Whatever these external obstacles may be - a noisy truck passing by, interference on the phoneline, the acoustics of a theatre scrambling my words, or a thick carpet absorbing most of my speech, communication can become difficult. The solution therefore probably lies in accepting these obstacles, and to view them as our allies.

The French collective Grand Magasin fully exploit this perfect-picture vacation: a tent straight out of a camping ground on the coast shelters View with Commentary, an irresistible show. On a screen 15 cells describe trivial items a ball, a fence, a cooler. Each time one of those item pops up in the landscape seen through a plastic bay window, the cell lights up. The illuminated dots were forming geometric patterns, a cross, an arrow. A jingle was played, indicating that "the disorderly activity of the world might follow some kind of secret geometry". --------->

5th international forum for corporate films is a show about wrong choices

Every step of the way, there’s a million choices,
and i can only choose one at a time
Five presenters are successively faced with simple choices:
go left or right, sit down or stand, go forward or back up, etc.
Each of them publicly makes his choices.
When the decisions taken are compatible, the situation advances...
When the different options chosen are contradictory, the situation is blocked and everything comes to a halt. These impasses lead to songs and dances accompanied on the electric organ.
Events happen in a minimalist decor that only includes: a couple of potted plants, and two to eight orange chairs.

what is happening?
what is happening?
What is happening here and now ? In order to answer that never ending question, we endeavour to describe the things that happen in the room. But it would be impossible to recount everything that happens in a particular place and time. Consequently, we omit, voluntarily or not, a lot of informations.
Is it part of the show?
Is it part of the show?
A show where no-one is quite sure whether what can be seen here is part of it, or if what can be heard over there is not.
